Wet rooms
Wet rooms & walk-in showers
Sleek wet rooms and walk-in showers — built around clean lines, straightforward maintenance, and a finish that feels genuinely premium.
We design around your room size, your priorities, and how you want the space to feel — from compact en-suite conversions to open, high-end wet rooms with generous shower zones and clean sightlines.
Comfort is designed in from the start: underfloor heating where it makes sense, wall radiators or towel warmers for fast warmth, and properly specified ventilation to keep the room fresh and protect the finishes.
Wet rooms
Ultra modern, sleek wet rooms — clean lines, minimal fuss.
Modern wet rooms look best when the whole space is designed as one system: surfaces, drains, lighting, storage, and the shower setup — all aligned.
Behind the walls
Waterproofing, falls and drainage — the details that make it reliable.
A wet room is only as good as the tanking, falls, and finishing. We focus on the boring-but-critical details so you don’t get problems later.
Walk-in showers
Walk-in showers with premium accessories and a tidy finish.
From rainfall heads and recessed niches to frameless screens and minimalist controls — we build a walk-in shower that looks sharp and works properly.
Comfort
Underfloor heating, ventilation and lighting — so it feels right every day.
Warm floors, clear airflow, and lighting that’s actually usable. We plan comfort systems properly so the room stays dry, bright and easy to live with.
Built as a system
Wet rooms only work when the “invisible” details are treated as the main job.
Tanking, falls, drainage placement, edges and junctions — that’s where wet rooms succeed or fail. We build from the structure up, then finish it with clean lines and easy-to-live-with choices.
What you get
- Correct tanking and waterproofing systems
- Walk-in shower layouts for modern or accessible living
- Finishes designed for easy cleaning and longevity
Final scope depends on access, floor build-up, and your chosen layout — confirmed before work starts.
If you want a sleek look, we’ll coordinate finishes so the room reads as one: tile size and grout lines, drain style, screen choice, niches/shelves, lighting placement and accessories — aligned so it doesn’t feel “assembled”.
Wet rooms
Modern finishes that look intentional — not pieced together.
The best wet rooms feel calm and architectural: fewer lines, smarter storage, and finishes chosen as a set.
- Large-format tiles, microcement-style looks, or clean panel systems where suitable
- Recessed niches and shelves for a minimal, uncluttered shower zone
- Glass screens and black/chrome/brushed finishes to suit the style
- Smart layout choices that keep the room feeling open and premium

Behind the walls
Tanking, falls, drainage and edges — done properly.
Wet rooms fail when the unseen details are rushed. We treat waterproofing and finishing as the core of the job.
- Correct waterproofing (tanking) in wet zones and at critical junctions
- Falls planned so water drains cleanly (no ponding)
- Drain positioning considered early (linear vs standard options where suitable)
- Tidy edges, trims and sealing that look clean and stay reliable

Walk-in showers
Shower styles and accessories that elevate the room.
From rainfall heads to minimalist controls — we’ll help you choose a setup that looks great and works day-to-day.
- Rainfall and handheld combinations, positioned for comfort
- Thermostatic controls and sensible placement
- Recessed niches, shelves and tidy storage for bottles
- Mirrors, demisters and finishing accessories (where desired)

Comfort
Underfloor heating, ventilation and lighting — the ‘everyday’ upgrades.
A wet room should feel warm, bright, and dry — not cold and steamy. We plan the comfort systems as part of the build.
- Underfloor heating where suitable for warm, quick-drying floors
- Ventilation planning to reduce condensation and mould risk
- Lighting: task, ambient, and mirror lighting to suit the space
- Towel warmers / wall radiators where required and feasible

FAQs
Common questions before you commit.
Wet rooms are technical builds. We’ll confirm suitability during survey (including floor build-up, falls and drainage) and agree the cleanest approach before work starts.
Is waterproofing (tanking) included?
Yes — wet rooms rely on proper tanking and detailing, which is included as part of the build.
What’s the difference between a wet room and a walk-in shower?
A wet room is a fully waterproofed bathroom where the floor is formed with falls so water drains away — the whole room (or defined zone) is designed to handle water. A walk-in shower is typically a shower area within a standard bathroom, usually using a low-profile tray or a tanked shower zone, with the rest of the room remaining “dry” under normal use. We’ll recommend the best approach based on your room size, access, budget and the finish you want.
What glass partition options are available for walk-in showers?
Common options include full-height glass screens, part-height screens (useful for a more open feel), fixed panels with a return side panel, or a full front-and-side enclosure depending on splash control and privacy needs. We’ll advise on the most practical setup for your layout, drain position and how you want the space to feel day-to-day.
Can any bathroom be converted into a wet room?
In many cases, yes — but it depends on practical constraints such as floor build-up, drainage routes and positioning, achievable falls, and how the room is currently constructed. During survey we’ll confirm what’s feasible, recommend the cleanest approach, and explain any trade-offs before work starts.
Can you add partitions in a wet room (for shower and toilet areas)?
Yes. Wet room partitioning is very common and can be as open or as private as you want. For the shower zone, options include a single fixed front screen, a front screen with a side return panel (to reduce splash), or larger “U-shape” style screening depending on space. Screens can be full-height or part-height, and can be frameless or minimal-frame depending on the look you want. If you want more separation around the toilet area, we can also create a defined zone using glass, a half-height privacy panel, or a simple layout divide — as long as it doesn’t compromise ventilation or make the room harder to keep dry and easy to clean. We’ll recommend the most practical setup during survey based on your layout and drainage position.
Do you remove and dispose of the old bathroom and waste?
Yes — waste removal is included as part of the job where agreed. Depending on access and project size, we’ll use either a suitable skip, or grab-hire. With grab-hire, waste is placed outside on a temporary boarded surface we supply, then collected by a lorry using a hydraulic clam-shell. All waste is handled by licensed operators and disposed of legally and ethically, with recycling used wherever possible.
Advice is always confirmed against your room size, access, existing services and chosen products.
