Booking Your Appointment
When we’ve reviewed your details, made contact with you and confirmed an appointment commitment, we’ll:
- Log your booking in our appointment system.
- Send you a confirmation email with the agreed date and time.
- Call you on the day of the visit to make sure you remember we’re coming.
On the Day of the Visit
When we arrive:
- We’ll greet you with a friendly smile.
- Take the time to listen to your ideas and vision for the project.
- Measure up the relevant areas.
- Discuss possible materials, styles, and finishes.
- Answer any questions you may have.
- Take pictures and possibly videos.
- Make a pencil drawing/sketch of the proposed area.
Receiving Your Quotation
- After the visit, we’ll prepare your quotation:
- For most projects: Quotation sent within 24 hours.
- For larger projects over £20,000: May take up to 72 hours so we can prepare a full Scope of Works in detail.
Detailed Scope of Works
Along with your quotation, you’ll receive a comprehensive Scope of Works that includes:
- A clear description of what we’re proposing.
- An AI interpretation of the works.
- Details of materials and finishes.
- A payment structure with stages clearly explained.
- A signature section for you to confirm and accept.
- Once signed, this becomes a binding agreement so we can proceed with your project confidently.
